The pedalboard controller unit is a RJM Music Mastermind GT/10 MIDI Controller. There are probably some RJM Mini Effect Gizmos under the pedalboard. The Gizmos are bypass loopers/switches which are controlled with commands from the RJM Mastermind GT/10. Thom has been using it since the 2017 tour.
Thom’s current setup is mostly identical to the 2018 tour setup, but with some extra gear added. He’s continuing to use the Tiptop Audio eurorack case which He started using earlier this year. Thom’s pedalboard now includes a Strymon Timeline, a Boss RV5/6, and a black Mooer Micro pedal – probably a Mooer Micro Buffer. The new pedals can be seen in the following photo. There’s also at least one more new pedal to the left of the Hotcake, but it’s obscured by the RJM Mastermind. This new pedal is visible next to the Hotcake in photos from the 2018 tour as well.

A photo of Thom performing in Cologne on July 2, 2019 (photo by tribalandre on flickr). The new Boss reverb can be seen to to the left of the RJM Mastermind. The Strymon Timeline can be seen between the RJM Mastermind and the Boss tuner. The Mooer pedal can be seen to the right of the Boss tuner.
