Hello. During the sessions for Kid A and Amnesiac, Phil used Zildjian K 15” Thin Crash and a K 16” Crash. He actually used these cymbals through touring for In Rainbows almost a decade later, so he clearly really likes them.
However, the drums and bass of The National Anthem was actually recorded in 1997. But while Phil used a different drum kit for Ok Computer, he used at least some Zildjian K Crash Cymbals during that period, based on 1997 live footage.
Additionally, in 2001 Phil mentioned using Zildjian A’s as well as K’s, but the K 15″ and 16″ are both very safe bets.

Additionally, it sounds to me like there might be some extra EQ’ing on the decay of the cymbal on The National Anthem, perhaps a tiny bit of lowpass filtering added halfway through the decay to make it sit better in the mix?
If you can, try a K 16” Crash and a K 16” Dark Crash, and perhaps pick between the two – though if the shop has other cymbals, give them a look as well if you can. Best of luck!
