Hello again, I'm sorry for the late respond, you really helped me. But I still have to choose an amp & pedals. I will mostly play at home. Should I get multiple stompboxes or multi-effects? My total budget is 2000$.

Glad to help! (Btw, which guitar did you decide on?)

This is for your first guitar, right? Amp-wise, I think that it’s better to start with a tube amp, preferably a small one, that lacks effects (save for the basic ones).
Perhaps pick up a Vox AC4-C1* or a used Fender Champ 600 5W, depending on which sort of sound you want (be sure to try many amps if you can). Either of those would definitely all that you need to play on your own.
*There’s also the Vox AC4-TV, which sounds good but has less tonal options and is primarily for distorted use. The AC4-C1 is more of a mini AC15.

If you expect to start playing with a drummer in locations that lack a PA, you could invest in a Vox AC15C1 (or AC15C1X) or Fender ‘65 Reissue Princeton (or the ‘68 Reissue Princeton). You could also pick up an old Fender Eighty-Five, which on eBay go for about the price of the AC4 but have far more volume. Otherwise, though, even a small amp will be good enough for a small show or practice if you mic it.

In terms of pedals, I wouldn’t get anything other than a tuner (I recommend the Boss TU3). Perhaps after a few months you can get an overdrive or distortion pedal if you’re really yearning for one (All of those amps will distort if you crank them, but it can be nice to have the distortion foot-switchable). I really wouldn’t recommend that you get anything else. Simply put, you need to learn how to play guitar first.

If you do get proficient at the instrument and start wanting effects, here is my advice on how to go about buying and learning them.
