Two: a Marshall Shredmaster (distortion, used throughout) and a Digitech Whammy WH1 (pitch shifting, 2:59-3:20).

PS There’s some Trem during the last chorus but I believe that it’s from Ed’s Korg A2 although it could be Jonny’s Tremulator.
